Clinical Education Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Education Specialist to lead our education initiatives and develop programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Educational Content: Design and create educational materials based on identified needs and priorities.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Assess the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create Orientation and Mentorship Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive orientation and mentorship programs for new and existing staff.
  • Ensure Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to Standards and Policies: Participate in the development of standards and policies that promote patient safety and quality care.
  • Oversee Educational Programs: Supervise educational programs and documentation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Assessments: Identify learning needs and develop plans to address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
  • 2-4 years of clinical and teaching experience preferred.
  • Registered Nurse license required.
  • CPR, ACLS, and advanced nursing certification required.
