RN Clinical Educator - Specialty HospitalPosition: RN Clinical Educator at Good Shepherd Specialty HospitalJob Summary: To ensure clinical staff has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality, competent, and safe care to residents.Essential Functions:Develop and deliver in-service programs based on clinical needsEvaluate educational content and methodsCreate orientation and mentorship programs for new and existing staffMaintain educational records and monitor complianceCollaborate with management to identify educational needsParticipate in developing standards and policies for patient safety and quality careOversee educational programs and documentation systemsConduct learning needs assessments and participate in nursing management activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred2-4 years of clinical and teaching experience preferredRegistered Nurse license requiredCPR, ACLS, and advanced nursing certification requiredAdditional Requirements:Recent ICU experienceSupport adherence to hospital policies and legal requirementsPromote team effort and professional developmentNote: This position is part-time and seniority level is Associate.
