We are seeking an accomplished Vice President to spearhead the commercialization of our digital platforms in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will lead efforts to align innovative product solutions with client needs, ensuring market relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America, leveraging your expertise in product management and the payments industry to drive market and product expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that increase platform adoption and usage, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking or related fields, with a proven track record of success in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in LATAM Regulatory Environment: In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
