We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Digital Channels team in Latin America. As Vice President, you will drive the commercialization of our digital platforms across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for digital banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future of financial solutions in Latin America. With a strong focus on product management and the payments industry, you will drive market and product expansion.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment.
- Strong relationship skills and ability to connect with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of treasury automation processes, host-to-host connectivity solutions, client ERP systems, metrics, and analytics.
