Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Computers in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Provide smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, routers, switches, firewalls, and more.
  • Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using deductive reasoning skills and resolving end-user network cabling problems.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chip sets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time, taking proactive ownership and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Bilingual (English & Local B2)
