As a Groups and Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue opportunities by selling and organizing groups and events at our hotel, while achieving established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales targets and maximize revenue through effective negotiation and account management.
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, event briefs, group instructions, contracts, and addendums to ensure seamless execution of all groups and events.
  • Manage event schedules to optimize yield and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to check room availability and make informed decisions about pricing and inventory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service delivery.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel site inspections to showcase our facilities and amenities.
  • Ensure the administration and execution of all groups and events are executed efficiently and effectively.
