We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the trajectory of healthcare by providing strategic legal advice and counsel.
As a seasoned business attorney, you will have comprehensive experience working with commercial operating companies, industry associations, or comparable business/legal experience. You will also have a good understanding of litigation, competition, compliance, bids, regulatory, and public law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding legal services to senior executives and authorities.
- Develop innovative solutions to drive simplification, effectiveness, and financial stewardship.
- Participate in projects and meetings with Sr. Leaders including Board Members.
- Drive ethical culture.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- OAB (Brazilian Bar) approval.
- Comprehensive experience as a business attorney for at least 5 years.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong drive for results and ownership/accountability.
