Working closely with customers, you will gather business requirements and translate them into configuration and setup of our system.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support digital platforms with lenders, startups, microfinance organizations and new business units of traditional banks.
- Gather business requirements from customers and translate them into configuration and setup of our system.
- Provide training to customers on our platform and new feature releases, as well as ongoing support to existing customers and their users.
- 3+ years of experience working with consumer or business lending and deposits products and operations in the banking or FinTech industry.
- Strong consultative mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Spanish a plus.
- Able to work across geographic and cultural boundaries.
