We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales processes for high-value clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the sales base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing customized solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Share market insights with the Product and Marketing teams to enhance offerings and positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the company's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales, particularly in RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • Fluent English.
