Key Role

We are seeking a talented professional to spearhead the development of our data infrastructure and participate in various projects involving multicultural teams distributed globally.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical interviews with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to assess their skills and abilities.
  • Integrate interview data into our products and collaborate on developing predictive, fair, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to design and implement applications.
  • Enhance existing systems by introducing new features or proposing technological advancements to maximize their impact on core business functions.
  • Improve user experience on scalable and high-availability platforms, driving key differentiators for each business.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Data Engineer.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality.
  • Proficient English language skills.
