Job Title: Senior Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in complex environments and think creatively.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects aligned with our implementation methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the client organisation.
  • Designing solutions that best fit the client requirements while limiting deviations from standard functionalities.
  • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Working with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries.
  • Training core users of the client.
  • Managing client user acceptance tests.
  • Working with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse client base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and clients.
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
