Senior Business Analyst Role

This role requires an experienced professional to design and implement optimal solutions for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in requirement assessment, solution design, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops with senior customer members to understand their requirements.
  • Design a solution that meets customer needs while minimizing deviations from standard functionalities.
  • Develop functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Collaborate with offshore technical teams to build the solution.
  • Train core users of the customer.
  • Manage user acceptance tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory.
  • English language proficiency at advanced level (B2-C1).
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting testing and UAT preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and customers.

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP Certification.
