Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR subsystems, ensuring employee adherence to processes and policies. Key Responsibilities include managing HR interfacing with Headquarters, implementing and monitoring employee compliance, and contributing to compensation planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR subsystems, including those related to recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Implement and monitor employee adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the compensation plan and budget.
  • Negotiate with unions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees, from attraction to onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology or a Human Resources related field.
  • Mid-level professional, with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Fluent English language skills (mandatory).
  • Advanced Spanish language skills (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and develop positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
