Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Tubing Rental Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for renting river tubes for the town stretch of the Deschutes River, assisting customers with logistics of floating the river, and coordinating with Reservations staff on tube rentals.
Key Responsibilities:- Rent river tubes for the town stretch of the Deschutes River.
- Help customers with logistics of floating the river, including put-ins, take-outs, and shuttles.
- Wash, rinse, hang dry, and rotate life jackets and helmets between trips.
- Coordinate with Reservations staff on tube rentals.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading equipment.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with changing weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
