  • Customer Service Representative: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing customer portals, coordinating with customers, and ensuring efficient alignment between our operations and customer records.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing customer portals and scorecards, resolving inconsistencies, and providing feedback to management.

      ">
    • Coordinating preparation for routine business reviews, soliciting customer feedback, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

      ">
    • Assisting with research and analysis of billing and invoice issues, creating credits/debits when necessary, and providing solutions to non-routine problems.

      ">
    • Providing exceptional customer service, following up with customers to retrieve information critical to production progress, and maintaining accurate records of sales orders and customer information.

    • Supporting data maintenance of the company's ERP and CRM system, generating customer reports, and providing insights to the sales team and operations management.

    • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system and other relevant databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a customer service, sales administration, or account management role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.

    ">
  • Experience working with Aerospace processes and procedures is a plus.

    ">
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    ">
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing) a plus.
