Product Manager Latin America Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about cryptocurrency, financial markets, and our mission to increase economic freedom worldwide.

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and launch of new products, as well as the improvement of existing ones.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and user feedback to ensure our products meet evolving needs.
  • Requirements:
  • Solid product management experience in B2C products, preferably in top-tier crypto, fintech, or payments companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience with SQL, experiment design, and being data-driven.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions.
  • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and our mission.
  • Working proficiency in English and Portuguese, including the ability to conduct business in both languages.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with on-chain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
  • Experience building products in Latin America.
  • Experience with management consulting or strategy and operations roles in high-growth tech companies.
