Latin America Retail Products Manager

The Coinbase International team is responsible for scaling the company's presence with consumers globally to further its mission of increasing economic freedom around the world.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the retail products in Latin America, partnering with Country Directors, local Engineers, Designers and cross-functional team members to drive growth in the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand user journeys, map user pain points and feedback into roadmaps
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and business performance
  • Own product development roadmap for the region: ensure customers have a high-quality product experience, build features or services that tackle market-specific opportunities, lead product initiatives to drive user acquisition or engagement, and comply with local regulatory requirements
  • Run experiments to improve performance on key user journeys, leveraging data to continuously optimize product features
  • Partner closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and execute on the regional product roadmap
  • Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
  • Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
Requirements:
  • Solid product management experience in B2C products, preferably in top-tier companies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Experience with SQL, experiment design, and being data-driven
  • Experience taking products from conception to launch
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies
  • Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the company's mission
  • Stay updated on market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Working proficiency in English and Portuguese, including the ability to conduct business in the language
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with blockchain activity
  • Experience building products in Latin America
  • Experience with management consulting or strategy and operations roles in high-growth tech companies
  • Spanish speaker
