
Latin America Sales and Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in Latin America, leveraging their extensive knowledge of the financial markets and strong relationships with key participants.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across Latin America
- Establish, maintain and cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 to Tier 3 participants and financial market liquidity providers and venues
- Become an expert in our Fluent product suite
- Achieve and consistently surpass regional targets for the financial year
- Build, grow and track a prospect pipeline that leads to regular new business closures
- Upsell and cross-sell existing accounts to identify new opportunities
- Take ownership of RFI/RFP responses to optimize sale value and chances of acceptance
- Facilitate timely renewals of existing customer contracts for optimal value
Key requirements include local language skills (Spanish and Portuguese), a proven track record in FX sales, an extensive network of Tier 1 to 3 relationships, and a high-level understanding of the financial markets across FX.
