Job Description

The role of Trade Marketing Junior Analyst is a strategic position that plays a vital part in driving the trade marketing agenda in Brazil.

This position requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver brand-building opportunities, accelerate trials, and establish Jack Daniel's as a leading whiskey brand in Brazil.

As a champion of the Events Channel in Brazil, you will support the trade marketing plan by working closely with a multi-functional team, bringing strategic insights, regional learnings, and innovative ideas that unlock growth in the Northeast region.

Key responsibilities include identifying and leveraging opportunities within the Events Channel, understanding local consumers, key customers, and channel behavior, and shaping initiatives that resonate deeply and drive brand preference.

Furthermore, you will be instrumental in translating regional insights into high-impact activations, ensuring that trade marketing efforts are not only aligned with national strategy but also tailored to the distinctive pulse of the Northeast.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar sales and marketing or trade marketing positions
  • Intermediate Excel, Budget control, and Basic marketing knowledge
  • Responsibility, commitment, dynamism, hands-on, initiative, proactivity, and creativity
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
