Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Professional to join our Application Foundation Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving internal performance metrics, establishing tooling, and rolling out scalable, standardized processes across all of Application Foundation.

  • Evaluate, standardize, and support the rollout of internal and third-party tools that enhance developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to define and implement scalable solutions that support product standards and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement standardized processes across Application Foundation to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability in engineering practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering productivity, tool adoption, and process efficiency.
  • Lead the exploration and integration of Agentic AI and automation technologies to reduce manual effort, improve execution tracking, and enhance decision-making across engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or technical fields, with experience in a global enterprise software company. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to drive and lead people to successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
