Job Title: Flight Operations ExecutiveAre you a highly skilled and organized individual with experience in customer-facing roles? We are seeking an exceptional Flight Operations Executive to join our team.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of customer contracts post-delivery, defining and executing customer operation success plans, and analyzing data to identify trends and potential issues. They will work closely with the customer-facing account team to oversee delivery and technical performance of services, perform regular customer service reviews, and support the customer account team in executive reviews and planning.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive analysis and insights into customer operations.
  • Develop and implement customer intimacy strategies, build knowledge of customers, and share this knowledge across all back-office functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and share feedback with the customer-facing team.
  • Supervise and manage customer change management and problem management processes.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues requiring higher-level support or specialized teams.
RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in aviation or IT Service Management industry.
