Implementation Advisor

As a trusted advisor, you will deliver solutions to customers across various industries. Your role involves collaborating with customers throughout the implementation project lifecycle, leading efforts to capture, document, and configure requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation project lifecycle
  • Managing customer and internal project team relationships and communication
  • Leading onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project teams to gather requirements and review configurations
  • Offering solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments
  • Contributing to the development and management of change orders
  • Performing solution testing and coordinating with quality assurance teams
  • Developing and delivering customer-specific training programs
  • Assisting support teams with resolving customer configuration defects

This role sits in our Professional Services organization within the Consulting Function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.

You will have access to the entire Global Services community for support, consisting of talented peers, project managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts.

A tenured member of the team will be your dedicated mentor during onboarding.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a bigger purpose, helping customers eliminate injuries and illnesses on the job.

You will elevate your technical skills, developing expertise on the Intelex platform and other software and integrations used to support customers.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions
  • Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding
  • Good understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery organization targets
  • Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges and deliver innovative solutions
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present business and project solutions effectively
