Job Opportunity: Hiring Assistant

The role of the Hiring Assistant is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources management. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to find, attract, and hire top talent.

About the Role:

  • This is an entry-level position suitable for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive and communicative, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, engaging with stakeholders, and solving problems autonomously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduated degree
