We require a highly skilled Attorney to fill a key position in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills and be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The successful candidate will support LATAM teams and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving legal documents and contracts to protect the organization's interests.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to revise contracts and modify standard terms and conditions to benefit all parties.
  • Representing the organization in contract negotiations with external clients and partners; advocating for business interests.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree or equivalent from an accredited law school, active licensure to practice law, and 3+ years of experience in corporate contracting, including 2 years specifically involving sales/procurement services.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong analytical skills relative to contract information and related matters, ability to evaluate risk, urgency, and prioritize tasks, strong organizational ability, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
