Job Description">

This role involves applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks or jobs for a variety of products and services.

Entry and intermediate level roles will receive direct supervision in support of their duties and assignments.

Senior and fully-qualified level roles will not only provide direction to junior field engineers but will also use their extensive knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Intermediate and Senior positions will act as the key interface with the client at the well site, carrying out duties and responsibilities for completing service assignments and managing other personnel.

">Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure safety, security and compliance by maintaining high standards of corporate governance and adhering to Weatherford's Rules to Live By.
  2. Support quality policies and strive to maintain service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and ensure timely reporting of issues.
  4. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, presentable condition and monitor data to recommend services.
  5. Perform job planning, mobilization, execution and documentation and be available on a 24-hour call basis.
  6. Manage client relationships for repeat business and oversee inventory.
  7. Contribute to root cause analyses and mentor field operation crew as needed.
">Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (minimum).
  2. 0–1 year's experience in the oil & gas industry.
  3. Fundamentals of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics and/or hydraulics.
