Job Overview

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional HR support to new and existing employees. This includes creating a seamless onboarding experience, acting as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth offboarding process.

Modality

This role is based remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
  • Deliver and coordinate induction sessions to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company, aligned with organizational policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates, ensuring all processes are completed through our ticketing system.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency with Windows tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AirTable.
  • Process mapping knowledge.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently.
