Regional HR Lead Opportunity

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will be responsible for leading and scaling our regional HR teams. As Regional HR Manager, you will report to our Global Head of People and play a key part in building the company as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities will include advising and executing on HR issues across the employee life-cycle, partnering with senior leadership in your region, and delivering precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner.

  • Lead and scale regional HR teams (1-4 direct reports) to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Workplace Engineering teams to create seamless processes across all HR regions
  • Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with senior managers to support performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning
  • Coach and advise people managers on full spectrum of employee relations issues
  • Partner with people managers to support delivery of training and development programs

**Requirements:**

  • Degree qualified
  • Proven experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
  • Strong people management and business partnering skills
  • Able to lead and execute, balancing hands-on involvement in daily HR routines with strategic thinking
  • Experience working in remote-first organizations and leveraging data to inform decisions
  • Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic, and energetic
