Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Strategist to lead our supply chain operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global inventory levels, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee global inventory levels across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PLs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict sales trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Fulfillment Optimization: Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Logistics Leadership: Oversee freight and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Visibility and Dashboards: Develop real-time dashboards to track inventory and supply chain health, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in ecommerce or D2C.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics, from POs to last-mile delivery.
  • Strong Excel/data skills, including pivot tables and demand modeling.
  • Experience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flows.
