Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Role OverviewThis key position plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of our People team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering employee growth throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and logistics for candidates and team members.
- Manage shared calendars to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Collaborate with executive assistants and team leads to support complex needs.
- Prepare offer letters, setup system access, calendar invites, and onboarding documents for new hires.
- Schedule orientation sessions and introductory meetings.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all steps are completed efficiently.
- Assist with documentation and communications for employee offboarding.
- Update internal systems, deactivate accounts, and schedule exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate tracking of departures and offboarding tasks.
- Support contract creation, routing, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, access setup, and scheduling for freelance workers.
- Monitor timelines, documentation, and status in shared tools.
- Review timesheet submissions, follow up on missing or unsubmitted time, and prepare reports.
- Maintain accuracy in internal dashboards and tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and AI-driven tools.
