Company Overview:
EMIS is seeking experienced Consultants to enhance its business systems and controls. We are looking for individuals with varying levels of expertise in the field:

  • Chief Consultants/Partners: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
  • Senior Consultants: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Consultants: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Junior Consultants: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Work Environment:
This role primarily offers remote work flexibility. However, candidates must be prepared to travel to client headquarters or regional offices as required.

Contract Details:
Type: Consultant Frame Agreement
Duration: 3+3 years
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Main Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Management System Optimization:** Review and enhance the organization's financial management framework.
2. **Business Continuity Planning:** Evaluate and update the organization's business continuity and contingency strategies.
3. **Quality Assurance Procedures:** Provide guidance and implement quality assurance measures.
4. **Financial Due Diligence:** Advise on financial assessments and evaluations.
5. **Operating Model Design:** Develop a comprehensive design for the new operating model, including process and workflow modifications.
6. **Governance Structure Definition:** Establish a governance framework for the new operating model, detailing roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
7. **Benchmarking and Best Practices:** Conduct research on industry benchmarks and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum B.A. or equivalent education required.
- Master’s degree or equivalent education is necessary for Chief and Senior positions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Relevant experience in international organizations or NGOs is required, with varying years of experience based on the position level.
- Management experience is essential for higher-level roles.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly is expected.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site when necessary.
