
Executive Account Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, including leading and mentoring a small team of Account Managers with lower tenure.
This role requires maintaining local account management processes and global best practices, coordinating and executing local projects aligned with company-wide initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and high retention, supporting the team in performance reporting and QBR presentations, and ensuring timely payments from clients.
You will also play a key role in organizing optimization processes across account management and TAM teams to meet goals, reporting on individual and market performance to leadership, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key clients
- Lead and mentor a small team of Account Managers with lower tenure

- Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
- Support the team in performance reporting and QBR presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong account management experience with large clients
- Experience in e-commerce and retargeting
- Team organization experience as a manager or project lead
- Managing relationships with director or C-level executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and self-driven
- Experience with target setting and evaluation
- Advanced English proficiency
