Commercial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to join our team in a Supervisory role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor the quotation team to ensure excellence in customer service and proactive approach.
  • Establish and monitor goals focused on converting quotes into sales and achieving results defined by the Commercial Directorate.
  • Identify opportunities to close deals and lead strategic actions to maximize conversions and strengthen client relationships.
  • Propose continuous improvements in quotation processes and strategies to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Results-oriented, goal-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to motivate and develop talent, guiding the team to high performance.
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service.
  • Analytical capacity to interpret performance indicators and define strategies.
