**Job Title:** Structure Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Structure Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new Global Markets products and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis, modelling, pricing and execution of Global Markets structured products including exotic derivatives;

- Originate structured business opportunities with sales teams, coverage and other Structuring peers locally and globally;

- Conduct approval process for new products and activities engaging with other teams across the bank (Risk, IT, Operations, Compliance, Tax, Legal among others);

- Engage with clients to create tailor made solutions in line with their needs;

- Generate trade ideas on Latin America underlying for clients globally;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Brazilian regulation for pricing, registering and execution of structured products;

- Structured Product expertise in Rates, FX, Commodities and Credit for both Corporate and Institutional clients;

- Experience on Structuring or Structured Sales;

- Innovative mindset;

- Technical Skill for modelling pricing and risk tools for structured products;

- Team player and communication and interpersonal skills;

- Engineer, Business Administration or Economics education;

- CPA 20;

- Advanced English;

- Spanish intermediary.
