We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Brazil. This role will be part of the LATAM Sales team and report directly to the VP of Sales LATAM.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales revenues from new and existing BioCatch accounts in Brazil, with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management.

You will work closely with the executive management and leadership team to exceed sales objectives, expand customer success, and develop strategic partnerships channels with customers, channels, and technology partners to execute BioCatch's GTM strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales revenues from new and existing BioCatch accounts in Brazil
  • Drive a strategic account plan for specific accounts, including opportunity management through to successful deal closure
  • Establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships channels with customers, channels, and technology partners
  • Collaborate with the executive management and leadership team to exceed sales objectives and expand customer success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions with a recent focus on solution-selling to banks, finance-market, or complex enterprise environments
  • Experience in selling cyber security, fraud, or authentication solutions with a good knowledge of SaaS/Cloud-based solutions
  • A proven track record of deals with multi-million value bookings with banks, credit cards, financial services companies, or similar verticals
  • A proactive and self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with a consultative sales approach
Location

This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and requires frequent domestic and infrequent international travel.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is R$250,000 - R$350,000 per year, depending on experience.
