The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive architecture roadmap, identifying and mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

This is a highly visible role within the organization, requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for innovation and change management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices, as well as experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT infrastructure architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT infrastructure-related risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through IT-enabled initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation.

Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving business outcomes through IT-enabled initiatives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools.
