About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily fixed asset transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
">- Managing the full fixed assets lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, impairments, and transfers;
- Preparing audit documentation and addressing auditor queries;
- Supporting internal controls and compliance by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions;
- Maintaining Desktop Procedure (DTP) documentation and contributing to process improvement initiatives across fixed assets and cross-functional workflows;
- Fostering strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration to support local and global teams.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
- Initial experience in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance Operations, with basic accounting knowledge and preferably familiarity with IFRS;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with a basic understanding of SAP business processes preferred;
- Experience in transition and transformation projects is an advantage;
- Open, communicative, and fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills;
- A willingness to travel for knowledge transfer, training, or workshops when required.
