Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations leader to build and lead the operating system for profitable growth across our global commercial motions.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building forecasting, reports, and analytics that influence decisions at the executive level.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing the end-to-end forecast, reporting, and analytics engine to inform targets, capacity planning, and quarterly business reviews. You will also govern pricing and fees, assess and design internal incentives and compensation models, and enhance and scale the sales process and tools.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience leading Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations functions, including global scope and multi-stakeholder environments. They will have a strong command of BI and data tooling, hands-on experience in pricing/fee governance, and demonstrated process and tooling ownership across CRM/CPQ stacks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record building forecasting, reports, and analytics that influence decisions at the executive level
  • Strong command of BI and data tooling (e.g., Looker or similar)
  • Hands-on experience in pricing/fee governance and approval frameworks
  • Demonstrated process and tooling ownership across CRM/CPQ stacks
