Job Title: Financial Management Professional

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Management Professional.

The ideal candidate will be a CPA with solid Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) accounting experience, preferably from a public practice or a medium to large size firm. They must have strong Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) experience and a proven track record of handling complex financial files.

As a hands-on role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with special projects, performing due diligence, reviewing financial models, and coordinating documentation to meet financing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform due diligence and review due diligence materials
  • Review and prepare financial models
  • Review Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) prepared by third parties
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation to meet financing requirements
  • Manage banking requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes

Requirements:

  • CPA certification
  • Solid M&A accounting experience
  • Strong ASPE experience
  • Proven track record of handling complex financial files
