Key IT Developer Position

The role of a key IT developer is to design and develop custom software solutions that meet specific business needs. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify product requirements and delivering tailored applications that drive business value.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and testing software applications to address business challenges.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define product specifications and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Providing technical guidance and training to non-technical users on application functionality.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT applications management and service delivery within multinational environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficiency in one or more coding languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with development platforms like AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Pega, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for navigating complex data structures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management principles.
  • ITIL 4 certification or Lean 6 Sigma certification preferred.
