As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of software solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer support and software implementation services.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues through effective troubleshooting and escalation management.
  • Partner with clients' IT departments to advise on supported configurations, virtualization technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients become proficient users of software products.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and clients to streamline communication and enhance understanding of software workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including direct involvement in regulated laboratory environments.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, strong decision-making skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Windows Server OS, Networking and Security, with knowledge of MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other databases desired.
  • Extensive experience with virtual environments, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
  • Deep understanding of OpenLab CDS suite, familiarity with OpenLab Intelligent Reporting, and experience with MassHunter (MS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, effective teamwork and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of Python and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is advantageous.
