ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Executive at MPL, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and identifying new business opportunities. You will be the key interface between customers and our logistics team, providing custom-made solutions to meet their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor commercial processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Manage complex negotiations and ensure successful outcomes
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
  • Expand the portfolio of customers and increase revenue

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Three years of experience in a commercial role within logistics
  • Deep knowledge of shipping and general freight forwarding
  • Good knowledge of containerized cargo, air shipments, and project cargo
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
