About the Role

The Business Development Executive position at Awin presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in the dynamic field of affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with small to medium-sized brands in the Brazil market, offering them a pathway to growth and success through Awin's comprehensive affiliate marketing network.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate Brazil-based prospect/sales pipeline daily of all sales activities, leads, and interactions using Salesloft, Lead IQ, and Salesforce CRM system.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how Awin's product/service can address their specific requirements.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of Awin's product/service.
  • Adopt a consultative and mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression, and online developments.
  • Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sector targeting, product offer development, feature-benefits-solutions selling.
  • Attend appropriate client and industry events to enhance new and existing relationships, acting as a point of knowledge and expertise.
  • Engage in continuous development and learning opportunities through Awin Academy, webinars, and more.
Requirements
  • Preferred affiliate marketing experience but not required.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy, including all MS Office applications and Salesforce.
