Job Title

A commercial leader is sought to spearhead the expansion of our fertilizer business in Brazil and Latin America.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the regional market, including shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.

They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across the region.

In addition, they will serve as the local market intelligence lead, providing insights on trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support business growth.
  • Represent the brand with customers, partners, and other external parties.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
