Job Description

K+S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Werra 2060 project across multiple countries, fostering collaboration and driving sales in new product development.

  • Oversee the Project Werra 2060 across Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to update market approaches and drive strategic growth.
  • Manage projects related to sales and marketing, including project controlling, to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.
Business Development

The ideal candidate will support the development of market-oriented strategies, identify new business opportunities, and implement product development and cooperation projects.

  • Develop and present new concepts to customers, validating their feasibility and potential.
  • Coordinate field trials with research institutes and technical teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and transfer.
Market Intelligence

This role requires analyzing trends in supply/demand, pricing, regulations, and policies in the agricultural sector, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Produce market intelligence reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Develop market segmentation models based on regional and crop-specific data, informing targeted business strategies.
Regulatory Compliance & Technical Documentation

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation, maintaining technical responsibility for field trials and regulatory documentation.

  • Coordinate topics related to MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Import Department in ensuring compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation, minimizing risks and optimizing business outcomes.
Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Enthusiasm for working in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
  • A degree in business administration, economics, or agronomy.
  • Several years of professional experience in the fertilizer market, with a strong agrobusiness background.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking, with fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
