Overview

As a commercial leader, you will be responsible for driving engagement, market intelligence, and customer connection across Latin America. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and market players, representing the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.

You will serve as the local market intelligence lead, reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity to HQ. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players.
  • Serve as the local market intelligence lead, reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity.
  • Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors.
  • Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates).
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
