Senior Fertilizer Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading fertilizer sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing commercial and technical plans, managing distributor relationships, conducting sales activities, promoting the brand, and gathering market insights.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
English language proficiency is desirable but not mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in the fertilizer industry
- Degree in agronomy or related field
- Strong commercial and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
