Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

The Commercial Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and supporting distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies. This includes conducting sales activities either through distributors or directly via the company, depending on the business model.

The role also involves promoting the brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty, as well as gathering and reporting market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company
  • Degree in agronomy
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market
  • Strong agrobusiness background
  • Experience with team management
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking
  • English is desirable intermediate level
