**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

  • Train and manage a high-performing business development team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to qualify and develop opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to business development representatives, fostering a positive and motivational work environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage and follow up on marketing campaigns to qualify and develop opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in building sales processes, including inbound and outbound call processes, and creating compensation plans.
  • Develop sales tools and provide training to enable the business development team to effectively qualify opportunities and understand the sales process.

**Requirements**

  • A strong track record of business development and management experience in software sales with documented results.
  • Demonstrated closing experience with documented results in the SaaS field.
  • Proven experience managing business development representatives who support an inside enterprise sales organization.
