Sales Leadership Opportunity
A seasoned Sales Manager is sought to spearhead our local market strategy, analyzing trends and competitor activity to drive business growth through innovative marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify lucrative business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, driving revenue into the hotel/cluster through effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate advantageous room rates/packages with corporate clients.
- Create and implement localized marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive sales contracts for the hotel, aligned with current market conditions.
- Drive business growth by recognizing potential opportunities and working within established business strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional Guest experiences and develop robust sales programs.
- Participate in industry events as required.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports, meeting the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including appointment tracking, calls made, and business leads.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Oversee staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment, management, training, and development of the Sales team.
