The Technical Commercial Supervisor role is a key position within our organization, requiring strong leadership and commercial acumen to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include training distributor commercial teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, as well as monitoring and supporting distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.

The successful candidate will conduct sales activities through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, promoting the brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.

Market insights gathered from the region will support strategic planning and decision-making, while collaboration with internal teams will be essential for developing and adapting new products for the local market.

Representing the company at technical and promotional events will enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • A degree in agronomy with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
  • Strong agrobusiness background, including team management experience and excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking are essential.
  • English is desirable at an intermediate level.
  • Mandatory to live in Pelotas Region - Rio Grande do Sul State.
